This lot comes from the Muratit Farmers Cooperative Society in Kericho County, part of\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"il\"\u003eKenya\u003c\/span\u003e's western highlands — a region known less for global recognition than\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"il\"\u003eKenya\u003c\/span\u003e's Central Highlands, but no less suited to growing exceptional Arabica. High elevation, cool temperatures, and rich volcanic soil give smallholder farmers here everything they need to grow beautiful coffee alongside their other crops.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe cherries are fully washed, one of\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"il\"\u003eKenya\u003c\/span\u003e's most time-honored processing traditions: ripe cherries are hand-selected, pulped, fermented, washed, and carefully dried to preserve the clean, vibrant, expressive character\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"il\"\u003eKenyan\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ecoffee is famous for.
