Papua New Guinea is an amazing coffee-growing region. Limited access to developed roads, means communities are extremely remote. Most coffee growers casually grow their plants in their garden. In fact, 99 percent of coffee is grown by individuals with an average farm size of .83 hectares and an average production of 10 bags per year.

Growers don't have access to mills and therefore pulp, ferment, wash, and dry their coffees on their own.

We loved this coffee so much we made it an instant! There's nothing better than a 2-step morning coffee.
