Our Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange items purchased in-store.

  • Bring your receipt, order number, or the credit card used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed in the same way you paid.

  • Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card.

  • Returns must be made at the same cafe where you bought the item. If returned elsewhere, we can only offer store credit.

Online Orders: Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days to return or exchange eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns on coffee beans—but if you're unhappy with your coffee, contact us for a solution!

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return
  1. Email us at hq@treelinecoffee.com to request a prepaid return label (cost deducted from your refund).

  2. Ship it yourself using your preferred carrier. A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

How to Exchange
  • If you need a different size or item, contact us to check availability.

  • Once you send us tracking info, we’ll ship your replacement.

Damaged Items 

Treeline Coffee is not responsible for damages made to the product in shipping or in the customer’s possession. In the event that an item was damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with the post office/carrier.

We highly encourage the use of Route Shipping Protection on all orders as they protect against loss, damage and theft. If you have any questions about the claim filing process please email hq@treelinecoffee.com and our team will do our best to help you. 

If the damage appears to have occurred prior to shipping, please email hq@treelinecoffee.com and we would be happy to replace the item for you.
