Welcome to Treeline Coffee Roasters and before you can get out and get after it - there are a few things you should know about our terms, conditions, and privacy policies

The following terms layout your use and access of any and all content, features, and services provided by Little Red Wagon Coffee Roasters, LLC (dba Treeline Coffee or “Treeline”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on our domain treelinecoffee.com and any and all other affiliated websites and applications. By using this site or application and its services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Treeline Coffee reserves the right to revise, edit and adjust these terms and conditions periodically and without notice. All changes made will be effective immediately and an assumed agreement will be considered if you continue to use our site and services after said changes.

Credit Card Usage and Storage

In accordance with the standards set forth by the Federal Security Standard Council, Treeline Coffee does not store your credit card information directly on their domain and utilizes a secure third party to secure and store payment. Treeline Coffee, through a third party service, requests credit card information in order to use our site. Although this information is saved to your customer file, Treeline Coffee does not have access to this information in its entirety. Treeline Coffee will never use this information without your consent, nor share it with anyone outside our company.  

Privacy Policy

We at Treeline value your privacy. With that said, we will never share your personal information with any third party without your consent. At times, Treeline will hyperlink within its site a third party or application and vice versa. Direction to a third party site does not necessarily mean that we share your information with the site. 

Any and all information on the third party site is managed by the third party. Treeline Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any activity that takes place on their domain and site. Please know that when you click a hyperlink and are directed to another website, you have left our domain and will be responsible for that parties Terms and Conditions as laid out on their website.

Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property Rights

Our site and services contain logos, trademarks, and intellectual property ("Content") that includes, without limitation, any advertisements, advice, suggestions, videos, audio clips, written forum comments, information, data, text, photographs, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features generated, provided, or otherwise made accessible by us or our partners via the provided services and social channels.

Unless otherwise indicated, the term and all content provided by us are protected by trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, proprietary rights, and laws and are copyright of Little Red Wagon Coffee Roasters, dba Treeline Coffee Roasters.
