Orders are shipped within 3 business days. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to hq@treelinecoffee.com
Please note - once we hand it over to USPS / UPS / FedEx ... "she gone". We provide the best customer service within our control but once a shipping provider takes over, we cannot dictate when or how you receive your package. That being said, we are happy to help advocate for you if something goes terribly wrong. Just reach out to hq@treelinecoffee.com and we'll do our best to get you sorted.
Treeline Coffee is not responsible for damages made to the product in shipping or in the customer’s possession. In the event that an item was damaged during shipping, we will work with you to file a claim with the post office and do everything in our power to ensure that you get the intended product in the intended condition upon purchase.
