This coffee comes from the high-altitude Ilamatepec Region in the western area of El Salvador - insert snowcapped mountains in Montana, just without the snow and covered in coffee plants. Known for its sweet and fruity flavors, this region produces some of the best coffee in El Salvador. Hand-selected and carefully fermented and dried, Snowcap is a must-try for coffee lovers.

Originally from Colombia, Delagua arrived in El Salvador with the purpose of diversifying their products. Currently, they have prioritized hiring young women and single mothers and it is estimated that 60% of the current workers are women.
