Introducing Over The Pass, a Peruvian coffee grown at exceptionally high elevation in the heart of towering mountain ranges. In 2014, Rutas Del Inca began as a cooperative, exporting its first crop and cementing itself as a quality-focused, organic-certified producer. Over The Pass, sourced from a microlot within the cooperative, is extra special as it is entirely produced by you guessed it - women.
