Tasting Notes: Malt. Praline. Chocolate Truffle.

Aptly named, this smooth Mexican coffee won't sit in your cup for long. Chug away, there's more where that came from.
Notes of malt, praline, and chocolate truffle combine for a smooth and decadent coffee. From the Chiapas region, El Solitario farm is part of an area dedicated to cooperation among farmers. This area is unique because of a strong culture of organic production, new processes, innovative varieties, and environmental efforts.
Cafeco operates in the very isolated pueblo of Nuevo Paraiso. With investment in internal infrastructure as a major goal, Cafeco has invested in a large nursery and warehouse in order better to distribute coffee plants at no cost to the farmers. Cafeco is meticulous with its quality, always cupping batches from all its farmers to ensure the best product possible.
