Introducing a true rarity of a coffee for Treeline, a co-fermented cinnamon coffee to spice up your holidays (yes, it is fermented with cinnamon)! This collaboration is from our friends at Unblended in Colombia and aptly named "Cinnamon Spice and Everything Nice," this coffee is sure to impress.
The Collab Lot has set out with one important mission: to highlight young producers who have chosen coffee as their passion and profession. The community offers mentorship, brand building support, and real collaboration opportunities (such as this coffee) with established producers. Young farmers gain exposure for their own single origin coffees while learning how to maintain the quality and consistency that matters.
This coffee is a blend of 20% from Sebastian Ramirez's Cinnamon co-ferment from Quindio and 80% Recruiment Lot (a group of young producers) from Antioquia and Cauca. It’s a balanced cup, full and rounded body, with a cinnamon and ginger flavor that will stay in your mind like a Christmas dessert!
