Meet Sara Tobon, the brilliant mind behind this incredible coffee. Growing up, Sara's love for coffee took root early on as she learned the ropes from both her father and grandfather on their farm. Today, she juggles her role as a biomedical engineer in Medellin and has been actively transforming her family's farm into a specialty coffee plantation. Through her coffee, Sara aims to raise awareness about the importance of agriculture in Colombia as well as to showcase the hard (and often overlooked) work of coffee growers.
The name "Golden Hour" highlights Sara's farm, quite literally, being built atop a gold mine, the golden honey process of the coffee, and June in Bozeman, MT - a time when sunsets seem to last for hours every evening.
