This coffee, aptly named "Three Sisters", is the result of what happens when family comes together. Grown in the mountains of Michicoy, San Pedro Necta, this coffee is a beautiful example of Huehuetenago terroir.
Dynamic, smooth, and unforgettable - this coffee represents the sisters themselves. The tasting notes in this coffee act like the cooperative and the family members who grew it, each making an equal contribution, resulting in a beautiful cup of coffee.
The "Hermanas Mendez" lot is a unique blend of three neighboring nano-lots from one amazing family: Los Nacimentos from Minga Leticia Mendez, Los Pinos, from Victoria Mendez, and El Mirador, from Juana Mendez Garcia.
Together, the sisters created something wonderful and we are ecstatic to share it with you today!
